Very Old FAQ's

1.  How do you keep your hair looking so fabulous?

Dan: No washing or cutting...wait a minute...define, "fabulous."
Brian: Wash, rinse, repeat...don't forget repeat...it's the secret.  I sometimes use a little honey and vinegar.  It also doubles as a nice vinaigrette.

2.  Angelina Jolie or Jennifer Aniston?

Dan: Yes
Brian: My Wife, but if she happened to be deported by immigration (god forbid)...well I love my wife (winked at me twice and mouthed the word, "Salma Hayek.")

3.  How are you substantiating your claim "Most adventurous microbrewery in America."

Dan:  All of our parents were surveyed and 100% of them agreed we were the most adventurous.  Actually my Dad initially said another brewery but I gave him $10 so he changed his mind.  Seriously, "adventurous," is a state of mind and we choose to define it as a willingness to do things and to go places where most people/companies would not.  Simple as that.  Hopefully, people will agree that our beers live up to that vision.

4.  What is your stance on universal health care reform?

Dan:  I'm Canadian, I don't get sick.
Brian:  Well, it can't just be about health insurance.  It must be a compreshensive overhaul of the entire health care system which includes behavior modification or adjustment which we as individuals must take on as our responsibility.  There is no use in changing the insurance system if we continue to consume the amount and the kinds of foods that Americans eat too much of.
